As a Visual Merchandiser, you will create inspiring environments and customer interactions. You shape the store experience and work closely with a team that believes in achieving strong results together.

The role is a permanent position of 25 hours per week, starting by agreement.

Your Role in Our Team

As a Visual Merchandiser, you play a key role in shaping the overall store experience and you are the visual expert of the team, bringing our brand to life in-store. You ensure that every visit is inspiring and in line with our concepts, while also contributing to daily sales and building relationships with our customers. In this role, you will:

• Work closely with your colleagues to create memorable customer experiences
• Bring our assortment, concepts, and brand to life through inspiring visual presentations in-store and in windows
• Create engaging environments and find new visual solutions
• Educate and support colleagues in visual merchandising
• Follow up on sales and key figures

Is This You?

You are a creative person with the ability to inspire and motivate those around you. You enjoy meeting people and have a natural talent for making customers feel welcome and inspired. Your interest in fashion and your collaborative skills enable you to work closely with your team to achieve good results. You welcome feedback, take initiative for your own development, enjoy learning new things, and are curious about digital tools that support you and your team in their development. We also believe you have:

• A completed high school education
• Post-secondary education in visual merchandising and/or previous work experience in visual merchandising from retail
• Good knowledge of Swedish and the ability to communicate in English, both spoken and written
• Good experience working with digital tools
• Bonus: experience from the fashion industry
